yep it is a pain to get the car smogged out here, original owner of an 03 cobra, moved from Nevada to California and the magnaflow catted hpipe failed visual so had to put the stock hpipe back on. Car still has stock tune so were no other issues.

Yea man plus banks are worrisome about out of state cars so they prefer in state, that's the problem I'm having with an out of state purchase
