WTB 03/04 IRS in Michigan/ (possibly) Ohio Area

Pretty straight forward I am looking for an IRS to upgrade the one in my 01. Rather than buy all the parts for mine, I'd rather just start with the best version. Ideally one with upgraded bushings and such but I am open as long as it isn't beat. I am in Mid-Michigan - have truck will travel. PM or email me.
