Tire Rack has the Kuhmo's on backorder, and I need these ASAP. If anyone has some to sell, any brand, just that size, let me know.

I have 165/70/15s which are 26" tall for sale... let me know if that is what you meant... never heard of a 165/80!

Kuhmo makes a 165/80/15, Power Star is the model, but everywhere has them on backorder.

I had mega trouble finding this size for mine... they are not as easy to come by anymore, well you can just not for cheap like before. If you google this size you will find some still make them but at the price of almost $100+. You could also try ebay...

I found a local guy with two good ones, but I will show you what happened to mine the last time at the track when I get home
