Im sure you're only looking for a RR pulley but if you're just needing a 3.5" whipple pulley I have a whipple brand one for $30 shipped.

I have a 3.4 crusher with a 3.5 whipple pulley on it. I have had the whipple pulley slash cut and carbonite coated. The carbonite coating is eating belts. My belt was slipping above 6,000rpms with the standard whipple pulley, I would like a slash cut RR pulley the belt groves are cut different and I think I would fix my belt issues.
