They didn't have the return less system in 98. First year was 1999

You can spend a bunch of money on a aftermarket rail or you can grab a stock rail from a C-head 4v and have it modified. All you have to do is cut off the mounting tabs and make new ones and you will need to cut off the frps mounting bracket and have it few rewelded a few inches closer to the firewall so it will clear the B-head upper intake. I had a local welder do it for me on my old mark viii swapped 2000 GT if I remember correct he charged me $50 for the welding.
