Those are salvage ards I doubt they paint them.
Once I become a vendor on here I can do almost anything, or set it up for you. Until then all I can do is help find the parts elsewhere. Don't want to break any rules. Just trying to find things in the OP's general area.

The closest one I can find is in Knoxville. They state it's got a 4" tear on it, doesn't say exactly where. I don't know if that would work for you or not. Here is the info...

99/01 Cobra bumper the closest one is in South Carolina. Call first, they state one tab is possibly broken. But it would still be a good cover.
