WTB: 99-04 Lightning in/near NJ $11k

Just as the title says, a buddy of mine is looking for a Lightning and has about $11k limit. Sale will be cash. Mileage is not a huge concern as long as the truck is in good shape and drives fine. Color preferences are white, black, red, blue, but open to all for the right truck. Let me know if anyone has anything that fits the description!
