WTB 99-04 Lightning

Well its finally time to pull the trigger and need a Lightning. Can be stock or be modded, will consider any mileage or any color except red or silver. Price under 15k but will consider slightly higher for right truck. Midwest would be nice so I can look at it but will travel if I have to. Let me know what you got thanks
