Part is unique to 2000-2003 build cars from what Ford is telling me. Part # is XR3F-18936-AA
Very easy to take off of fender. Pop cover off with flathead screwdriver, undo the 3 phillips head screws, and then unplug antenna cable. Let me know what you have, and will ship to 23116 for. Plastic base still attached and top cover undamaged would be a bonus. Pics below of my base that I need to replace.
