Im not sure but I think the cluster and the ECU and programmed together . . . If you replace the cluster you will get a THEFT light and Im pretty sure the vehicle won't start.
You should check with some of the other guys on the forum if you can even do this. I remember reading about an issue someone had with just replacing the cluster on another forum.
