WTB: Cobra 22k or under

Our last Cobra from FL had titling issues being that I am going through a dealership for purchase. I need a car with TITLE IN HAND or with an easily released title from a lender. Please call me at 432-770-3141 if you have one. I am willing to travel nationwide, but customers closer to TX will have better chance because of the lesser overhead for delivery.

My car is paid off and I have the title in hand. The car is better than I have presented as it is better to pleasantly surprise someone than to disapoint.
