Have you tried Summit Racing?
The 6-spoke & EAP rims are only $150 each & fall under the "zero ship/handling" promotion, so literally a $150 to your door....
I don't think you can find a better deal that....
But give them a call to see if it applies to Canada/ON shipping...

I have set of the 6 spoke svt rims. They are practilly brand new, they have a set of tires on the rims but the tires will need to be replaced. Pm me if you are interested.
