Why not try to look into an On3 TT kit? That's not too far from your price range. I know a few people in here could get you a decent price close to your range for a new kit if they want to chime in on this.

Gpcalero I have seen a few people have it I am just a little scared off by most of the issues. Mainly worried about the turbos having metal shavings flow through them and or having a frozen waste gate. If anyone that actually owns the kit could let me know that would be great.
