Their reputation is so-so, but I didn't know it at the time. It wasn't much of a risk though with it only being $17.95 shipped. Disc came in a padded envelope in just a few days from ordering, so I was happy. I think you can call Kenne Bell directly and get one ordered, but the only place I could find to order on-line with just a few clicks was D'Agostino.
