Anyone have a set of NIB stage 2 cams, preferably comp, but willing to consider all. Just need to be new. Tks.

What is your reason for wanting to go with a set of Stage 2 Comp cams? If you're hoping for that chippy idle with these, it's not there.

But, if you're wanting usable and drivable street power, then you will for sure like them.

The drivable street power is the main goal, but having a nice idle to go along with that would be nice too. Wish those Crowers^ were new.

I'm open to anything, probably just not stage 3 comps, heard those don't retain good driveability for the street.
Let me know what you have. Tks

A rough choppy cool sounding idle is totally attainable with almost any set of dohc cams.
Here's an old vid of my car idling,
here's the cam specs. they are Ford cams nothing special.
197/197 duration
Lift .466 Int / .456 Exh
114 CL

It's all in how you put them in.

Last thing is Crower has a known history of there cams having bad lobe run out. Years back this was well documented and tested by the God King of Mod motor racing.
