I have one built by Promotion Performance Powertrain in Fort Lauderdale . It's currently in the car and has about about 1k miles since rebuild. It's what most shops would call a Stage2/3 Build. Besides the standard New Seals/Bearings/Syncros the upgrades are as follows

Billet Shift Keys
HD Output Shaft Support
D and D bearing retainer sleeve
Ford Racing clutch fork (promotion modified)
promotion performance modified pivot ball
Custom Promotion Performance 26 Spline Input shaft
