After seeing 15-16 psi with a 3.25 I think I'm leaning more towards a 3.1 or 3.0 pulley
lmk what you have trying to keep it at 17 psi

2.9 RR Pulley if your interested. A buddy of mine is selling one on a local site.
An RR pulley would be perfect 3.0 preffered and a 76" gates or dayco belt too
