I have Street Scene white mirror's on my 01. IMO they look much better than the stock mirror.

The listing says the corners are for 01-04. Is it the same fitting for a 99?

The reason it doesn't say 99-00 is those years did not have the same style lens as the 01-04. I believe they are the same size, just a different style lens.

Those clear corners will only match the 01-04 headlights. Here is a pic of my 04 headlights

The headlights look about the same. Yours looks more clear though.
