I need a upper pulley removal tool. I hate to spend 100 bucks just to install this thing. let me know if you got one sitting around collecting dust and will let it go for cheap or if your local I'll come and use it

I live in OKC but I am wondering why not put on a bigger lower so you get the pulley wrap that is oohhhh so needed? Also it is WAY easier. I have the tools for that
