These are upgrades for a 5.4 Shelby engine correct? Also the same as the 5.8 cams?

will like to answer your questions but i have little experience on what you are asking.. i can give you the part numbers on each cam if you like.. i bought these from my friend, he ran them on his race car and now hes building another engine with bigger cams ex.. ill get the part numbers soon as i get a chance..

Will I have to change springs to use these

good question. . I have read that you must change springs and I have also read the 03/04 cobra springs will do fine..

these cams came off 04 cobra heads with stock springs, ran just fine..
