Comes with the Metco instructions.
But here it is in a nutshell:
Jack up car. Support car via jack-stands on the frame (front and rear).
Let rear axle hang down.
Remove back seat base.
Remove large bolt from front of mount. (Located inside car, under rear seat at top of driveshaft tunnel.
Remove 2 bolts from rear of mount. (done from under car)
Remove UCA rear bolt from rear axle housing mount.
That removes the mount and upper control arm as a unit.
Reverse to re-assemble, torque the big bolt under the seat to 140lbs-ft, 130lbs-ft for the UCA bolts (housing and mount), and 80lbs-ft for the 2 smaller mount bolts. Use the jack to raise and lower the housing to get the mount to contact the body.
