To be honest this will probably take a little while for you to accomplish. The 03 04 guys will most likely not want to take a step down in power especially if they have added mods to their car, not to mention a lot of the 03 04s being sold on here are pretty low mileage. So this won't happen too quick
How much would you want for an outright sale? I've always liked these cars, but I don't have a Cobra to offer up for trade. :beer:
you may have someone willing to sacrifice power for reliability as we all at times get a little sick of the race scene. Nothing says reliability quite like a BMW.

Interesting proposition.
I keep telling myself I will get an M3 someday (when I grow up). But i'm still - Addicted to Cobra power. That interior color and no real manual tranny are tough to digest and most of all I cannot imagine paying for any type of maintenance on an M3 or doing something crazy like adding more power at a reasonable cost... Go figure.
