Price: $11,000OBO Offer up but no lowballing.

Idk if there will be any interest on here or not but figured trying wouldnt hurt....
I have good trader rating on clubrsx.com under username smackvtec.

Now accepting all trade offer + $4000 cash my way(what I owe on car). Would like a 95-98 Mustang Cobra, Notchback, pretty much anything kinda mustang thats a stick+ enough to pay off my car. If car is not sold/traded my the last week of this month then I will be taking it to Carmax for pay off. I do not HAVE to get rid of car but I do not wanna pay $400 a month for it(car payment +insurance).

Car has Power steering and Ice Cold A/C

Ok guys sorry to say but I think it's time to sell my beloved Rsx Type S. I've owned the car since December 2009. Purchased it completely stock from used car dealership with 98,xxx miles. Decided its time to sell because I will be a father soon and wanna get a nice family car. I just built and swapped in a K24/K20 swap. Motor has under 20miles on it. Car has been street tuned but not dyno tuned yet. Ill be taking it to the tuner in about 3 weeks to be tuned. Should make around 260whp. I have all receipts for build.

Chassis has a 149,894 miles on it. Exterior is very clean for the miles. 2-3 minor dings. Front bumper has a scrap and rock chips. Passenger side skirt has a scrap but I have paint matched aspec sides that come with car.

Interior is very clean. I keep the carpet shampoo'd. No stains, rips, etc. Driver seat has normal wear and steering wheel also.

no offense but how in the hell is a 98 Cobra OR ANY MUSTANG a BETTER family car??? I am kinda confused... The RSX has more rear seat room and MUCH better gas mileage!:??:

BTW I co drive (autocross) a 97 R with a K24 swap, k Pro, full exhaust and cams and it makes much more than 260 on a dyna pack... almost 300whp

Not meaning to jack your thread but the car is worth 7000-7500 MAAAXX:bash:

Just a heads up:pop:

Just a heads up:pop:

1. I pasted the info from an old thread. My gf has a car that will do fine for a family car for now.

2. These motor will not make over 300whp with just 12:5:1 compression and bolt ons..... 13:7:1 compression, stage 4 cams with the supporting parts will make you jus over 300whp IN AN RSX. There is no way your making that with stock compression and cams in an Rsx.

3. Car was worth $6000-$7000 before I just put the $5000+ into the build and other parts. Price in everyone of my other threads is and also this one is OBO for a reason. So if you can buy a car just like this for $7000 then go ahead because it wont be this one.

I know you're just trying to help cover what you owe plus what you've got in the motor, but I doubt you're gonna find anyone that is going to stick their neck out (on here or anywhere else) and give you any more than maybe $8-$9k tops. The motor is indeed nice but based on the pics, the rest of the car needs a bit of TLC.

As a previous owner of a Type-S from brand new in late '01 up to when I sold it in '09 to get my Cobra, I can tell you how difficult it is to get money for your mods in an asking price. My Type-S had half the mileage of yours, exterior and interior were mint condition, and it was Greddy turbocharged with all the supporting brake/suspension mods, aftermarket wheels, etc. As I said, I sold it over 3 years ago and I was lucky to find a motivated buyer with $11,500.

Good luck w/the sale either way - maybe with what you've got into it you could consider keeping it for awhile and enjoying the work.
