yellowing over exhaust tips.

Have yellowing on the back bumper on the cutouts over my ehaust tips, how to get it off? Ive tried rubbing compound and wax...doesnt work. When I bought the car, the previous owner had 4" tips welded in, but they were tucked under the bumper and barely visible. Ive sence moved them out just past the cutouts, but I guess the fumes were discoloring the paint. (my car is white)

I use a clay bar on my car (also white) and it does a good job. If I spend enough time with it I can remove all of the discoloring.
