We are back on straws now. The paper ones suck, they turn to mush after 20 minutes or so. There is a biodegradable one that is clear and made from rice that if the wrapper didn't say so, I would swear was plastic.

Also the wait staff can't give us straws unless we ask for them.

I've spent a lot of time in SB...one of my favorite places on earth. I had relatives there.

I do really like Santa Barbara, well technically I am in Goleta. The weather is pretty much perfect most of the time. I would move for work, but would have a hard time selling the house here knowing I would probably never be able to move back. Nothing beats the location of SBCC for college.
