Proper tuning has nothing at all to do with air quality or temperature. He pegged the maf and or ran out of fuel.

good tuning only goes so far...cant tune for pegged maf and fuel shortage

HAHA uh oh! i have almost the exact same mods.... the 4# lower isnt on yet, and i dont have the C&L upper, but i have a JLT intake...

Better look for some pumps, injectors, and a MAFIA...

If you need any help let us know...The choice is up to you JDM is very good as well, but our prices and warranty is hard to beat as mentioned above. Our motors can handle up to 1200 hp which im sure would be enough
