yes, those are very good rates. I think mine is 3.8 or 3.9 from my cerdit union. maybe even 3.75 for new and 3.9 for used, but that was a couple yrs ago. now they have increased I believe.

Those are excellent rates! Make sure you can get them on an 03. Sometimes the rates go up on used cars depending on age. You may have trouble getting a 60 month on a 3 year old car.
