You guys with video

Well, I have been trying to get some video of my L on my computer but I am having a crappy time. I have a Sony DV camera and was wondering what all you guys use to capture video? When I try to capture mine it becomes really choppy after about 4 seconds. What do you guys use?

JVC Everio HDD cam, captures video and pics with no problems.

If you have windows XP just use movie maker, i have a 200$ program call Ulead VideoStudio 9 Pro its not a better pic, they are the same, Ulead just has so many more editing opitions.

i use my digital camera ...records in avi. then i use moviemaker to edit.

You dont have a CD that came with the camera with some software on it?

Search google. If you can download warez, get Sony Vegas 6.0

I have a couple programs I have tried but I keep getting the same, choppy, crappy picture. Maybe I am just doing something wrong. I am a noob when it comes to DV

windows movie maker is very easy and pretty good to edit with

I used Sony Vegas 5.0 for capturing/editing...


Are you running any other programs when trying to capture the video to the computer? That may be a cause of skipping and choppy video.

If that's not the case, post up a sample video of what it is doing if you can.
