My lawyer was made an offer through email for my car from the other persons insurance for my car that is totaled. The number is higher than I expected and wondering if the can change it once the have my tittle and have sighted off on the car. Hoping it wasn't a typo in the email or something.

I am finding trans fluid coming from this hole.(see pic) Its not alot.i dont feel much with my finger in there. Is that the trq converter and if so what is leaking?

I just added about half a bottle of mercon fluid in my transmission when i should have used mercon V. Is it a problem? Can i just change the fluid and filter(auto,and dont think the trq converter has a plug). Hate to pay for a flush if i dont need to.
