no i downloaded it on my C drive.

3 other people have done it successfully. Are you installing it on a CD?

Did you read Normans instrcutions on the last page?

It has to be put on a CD. Run the Ford Motor Company probgram with the data on the CD and it should work

I got one from SVTsnake.com works great didnt need to burn to CD.
