I don't have the part numbers, but they are just off the shelf APC breathers from Advance Auto. I used a Male to male Vacume coupler to connect the tube that is running out of the passenger side Valve cover to the breather. I had to reposition the tube facing the opposite direction. The upper inlet pipe is from WMS Racing, and I made a panel that attaches to the stock air box out of stainless steel that blocks off the engine bay allowing only cool air from the fender to enter the air box. Hope this helps.
