lol 57 people viewing this add right now. Dam kevin i even messaged you about selling it a couple months ago and didnt sound like you had any plans any time soon to do so. If you were to demod it i could probly afford it, but the way it sits theres just not too much of a chance i dont think.

i wish you the best with whatevers making you sell it, in hopes that maybe you wont have to in the end.
Thanks. I hope so as well.

Nice, finally found a new daily driver! I'll find a way to buy her and have it for you when you're ready to buy her back.
Let me know David. You know how I feel.

Wow, I can't believe it's for sale! This is hands down the cleanest Cobra I've ever seen. I just wish I had that kind of extra cash just laying around. The dedication you showed with this car is seen in very few people (even in the car enthusiast world).

I wish you the best of luck with selling it and with whatever comes your way in the future!

It's already sold for the listed price.

Kevin, I'll have you the money in a day or two and you keep the car for at least a month. I'll clear a spot for that beauty in my 3rd slot and it's yours as soon as you say the word man. It's your car, I'll just be making the payments for a while.

Few pics of the fuel system.
Fore Hat for Twin GT Pumps. 12 Gauge wire running to each pump.

I wanted to be able to unplug the Hat if I wanted to so I used some industrial connectors for plugs.

They are extremely durable and weather proof. The terminals are solid and have "0" voltage loss through them.

Plug used for the fuel sending unit.

Wires ready to be soldered into the harness.

I made my own Dual FPDM harness from plugs I bought from Steve @ Tousley Ford.
4921439997_4556bd2fc1_b.jpg

I marked the wires with tape so I knew what was what because all the wires were black. I also removed all the extra wires from the plugs that I did not need.
4922143222_155d1055e1_b.jpg

It easily plugs into the factory harness now and splits out for two FPDM's.

I used (1) 50 Amp relay instead of 2 smaller ones to clean things up a bit. I also mounted the other FPDM off the stock bracket next to the stock one. (Here you can also see my Billetflow IRS Brackets as well.)

I decided to go with some industrial FC-350 Aeroquip hose. It has an APQ rubber inner hose topped with a stainless steel inner braid covered by a fabric outer braid. Ethanol Compatible is rated "E" for Excellent. The highest rated you can get from Aeroquip. 1250 psi max pressure and 5000 psi burst pressure! It's some HEAVY DUTY stuff! (Thanks Xtremejc!)

4921439903_5002db79cc_b.jpg

I also opted for some Eaton Galvanized Steel Industrial Type hose ends. These are EXTREMELY strong and easy to use and reuse if needed. (Thanks Xtremejc!)

I went with a -8 Summit filter with 10 micron paper element and Russell -8 to fuel rail fitting.

And the Ford GT pumps that I purchased from Steve @ Tousley Ford as well!

Thanks David. You have first dibs like I said on the phone. At least I will be able to still see it.

Thanks Chris. Did you ever get your car finished up on high boost? I'm glad I was able to be there to help you with it.

Yes sir we did get the 23psi tune done. It made 913rwhp. We could probably throw a little more at it but I am happy for now. :) I do want to say thanks very much for the assistance..

Your car is an absolute GEM, Kevin.

One of the very few cars, and even fewer terminators I'd have ever considered trading my car for... even when I first bought my car!

I wouldn't be surprised if it sold within a week

Don't be so quick to judge. 04Sleeper has done a great job with it, but there are plenty of other cobra owners who take pride in their cobras too! I'm sure it will end up in a good home.

I meant that as a compliment to 04 bro. Why cant I judge? Have you seen some of the mess floating around here? Im just saying Kevin kept that car as clean as it gets. I can think of maybe 2 or 3 others that have devoted enough time to end with a mean ass terminator like his. Im sure we ALL take pride but everyones attention to detail isnt as precise as the few I could name ha ha. Its all good bro! (nice Z BTW)

All I can say is "WOW". I have seen some clean cobras in my time, but this one has to be at the top of my list. If I wasn't overseas (Returning in 5 months to the states--awaiting next assignment notice) and had a 04 Comp Orange cobra in storage, I would try and work some deal with you. You have done everything to your cobra that I am planning to do to mine when I return in June. I swore I would never sell my 04 CO Cobra as I consider mine very clean as well and take care of it like my first born. But, seeing how you have done this car up, I have to say, I would consider selling mine if I was in the states right now.

But, to help you get this to a good home, I have put a link to this ad on my mustang website:

[ame=http://www.unitedstangs.com/forums/showthread.php?p=794139#post794139]Beautiful Torch Red 04 Cobra For Sale! - UnitedStangs.com "The United Mustang Community"[/ame]

I would love to see it go to a member of my site.

I have admired this car for a long time! You are a major contributor to this site and have a great example of our car! It appears that you sold it, but did I read it correctly where you are still going to house the car for a month...? That would kill me. I had a hard time after mine sold waiting for the transport to pick it up!
