i would like to know about the 94-98 version
will it also be a smoothed out panel, or will it have the holes that are in the center of the factory panel?

yea they do. I am currently inquiring my guy about adding the vents.
i will try to get some Pics of them installed.

Address the issue with the vents in the stock one, why are they there and what would happen if we dont have them on the carbon fiber one. Are they there to suck air in for the ac unit?
