Hey Got, all is still working well. I haven't had it back on the dyno since the race gas tune but the car just feels like it keeps getting faster and faster. Reached my main goal for the year with a 9 second pass with 93 octane and full weight (except wheels and tires). I'll post the slip when I get back home this evening.

I've put 6700 miles on the car since May with the new motor set-up. I'll have to count the slips again, but, I think I've got around 50-60 passes at the strip on it also. I've broke a Supercharger belt, Tensioner and I'm on my 3rd Alternator in 3 years. I drive the car about every other day and it will see 7200rpm every time it's pulled out of the garage, at least once. The alt's don't like the RPM's, but I sure do. Considering the mods and the horsepower that the car makes, I don't think I could ask for anything better. I'll post some more info later, but in 2 words......VERY happy!

No Sir, I haven't, but, it will be the next one that goes in. I'm willing to give anything a shot now. I'm tired of changing them lol.
call them, they can set you up with the specs you need. my first alt fried the day i put the IW lower on. the PA has been on over a year and driven everyday. no problems.

I'll post my best Dynographs, passes and videos of each.

This is the best graph I could find for the 93 octane tune. We ended up running it to 7000rpm and it was still rising at 800 HP. The torque curve stayed the same. I now run the car to 7200rpm on both tunes.

Best time slip to date and it's on 93 octane.

OK the rest is the VP MS109 octane tune.

The dyno graph.

The best 109 time slip. Sorry, it's the best pic I could find of the slip lol.

This year has been an absolute ball running this car. I wouldn't change a thing about the set-up I designed and built. I use the car almost every day to do things like pick the kids up from school, go on vacation or taking it to the dragstrip.

This is a better view of a run. It's a 10.002 run on 93 octane.

EDIT: had the wrong vid posted. It's correct now.

you did a good job on the cam profile you came up with.

Thanks Brother, that is one thing that I'm very proud of. You know what my vote is between a AL block and cams. I'm sure yours will do work just as good as mine if not better.

the fact that you were able to keep the stock hood with the 3.6 is awesome. i can't imagine what the reaction is when you pop the hood. my TVS looks like it was OEM, these days i just get a reaction of "oh.... it's a TVS" LOL not big enough for the crowd these days.

HAHA, yea, usually the first reaction after the hood pop and they see the 3.6 is they directly drop down and look under the car and try to figure out what I've done.

Upgrading Fuel System

I've just returned home from a 5 month TDY trip and I got a LOT of work to do. I was gonna start a new thread but figured I would ad to this because it's just an extension of this build from 2011.

The car has been incredible on the very simple/small set up that I've ran for 2 years, but it's time to really step it up. All the number in my sig was made with 80 lb FRPP injectors, Fore fuel rails and a KB Comp BAP running Shell URT advanced. This set up done very well for 2 years, bout 200 passes and 18000 miles without a hiccup. I'm going to try to document the entire E85 fuel system install in case someone else is a do-it-yourselfer also and wants to go E85.

I decided to go with the Lethal/Division X 1400 HP kit with the dual 465 pumps, -10 supply lines and ID2000 injectors. The kit looks impressive so far and I'm really anxious to get started. I'm doing a JLT Super Big Intake, new 200 amp alternator with Sylvain's under drive pulley, cut-outs and a new intercooler pump, but the main purpose of the thread bump is the E85 install.

I've got some early pics to show the components I'll be installing. I'll be updating as I go but it's gonna take me a little while with just getting back home and going on vacation the first week of June.
