Just the straight fitting is now aluminum. The 90 degree is still plastic. Jay mentioned I was either the only one or one of a select few that had the 90s break in a large number of kits in the thousands. I did not take a pic when I popped it back on but I can tonight if one does not show up before then.

I have the Catch Can on my drivers side and the pre-filter on the passenger side. They both work great and if you just hold the top of the catch can, it's pretty easy to remove the can to empty it. Not exactly rocket science here.

Blargh! The right side fitting on my JLT broke today. Guess I had the old plastic version...

We have been posting for over 2 years that we are replacing them for free, just get ahold of me through email or PM.
Not sure how those threads got missed, but this one was brought to the top.

Aluminum straight and glass filled plastic fittings have been used since Sept 2011.

If anyone needs any fittings due to a failure please contact me directly
