I hope it works out for you. The advice already given in the thread is enough to get you started. My only piece of advice would be to start something in road side. If you start a thread there you may be able to get some more people (possibly local to him) to help you out. If he's around Houston I'll make sure you get your money back.

With the help of FBI and NJ Detective Wilson, Mikey Lightning has been arrested last night. I didn't want to tip him off, that's why I was asking what to do!! This idiot is now a victim of his own demise. He has posted bail, but can't go to far, as his bail bond (porbably parents will be on the hook) Additionally, Mike Meglino has scammed another person out of $10,000 for purchase of a Lightning. He has been stopped!! Thank you detective Wilson and everyone who helped me gather information. Mikey Lightning will be seeing the like of me in court now, as I have been asked to fly out to NJ and testify as well as personally sue him for my refund plus expenses and time. Thanks!

Andy, im so happy for you.. im glad that ass hat got caught!! I was the one who wanted to stay quiet about knowing him and all I tried to PM Andy but at the time the PM wasnt working and Andy had already sent payment.. i just hope that all the info i gave you on this scum bag is what lead to his arrest..
