there are good people in afghanistan, however like said above it is hard to tell who is good and who is bad. after being there for over 7 months and being around the marines that i was with i find it hard that these guys just killed innocent civilians. to the comment about training to kill and having no action, i was trained to kill along with alot of people on this site. and all of us will tell you that military consequence is much more harsh than civilian punishment. just my .02

'Are we fighting a war on terror or aren't we? Was it or was it not, started by Islamic people who brought it to our shores on September 11, 2001 and have continually threatened to do so since?


Were people from all over the world, not brutally murdered that day, in downtown Manhattan, across the Potomac from the capitol of the USA and in a field in Pennsylvania ?


Did nearly three thousand men, women and children die a horrible, burning or crushing death that day, or didn't they?


And I'm supposed to care that a few Taliban were claiming to be tortured by a justice system of a nation they are fighting against in a brutal insurgency.


I'll start caring when Osama bin Laden turns himself in and repents for incinerating all those innocent people on 9/11.


I'll care when these thugs tell the world they are sorry for hacking off Nick Berg's head, while Berg screamed through his gurgling slashed throat.


I'll care when the cowardly so-called 'insurgents' in Afghanistan , come out and fight like men, instead of disrespecting their own religion by hiding in mosques and behind women and children.


I'll care when the mindless zealots who blow themselves up in search of nirvana, care about the innocent children within range of their suicide bombs.

Interesting email. If America is fighting a war on terror then why does America continue to send tens of millions of dollars to the mother of all terror groups in the Middle East, known of course as the PLO? I believe its $900 million at this time. This isn't the only terror group our government is funding over there. Is this a liberal conspiracy or are so many Americans just brainwashed by political propoganda from these two phony parties that they can't discern truth from fiction anymore? Does it make any sense to send terror organizations millions of dollars and to then turn around and tell people that we are fighting a war on terror? When are people going to stop falling for the lies from these pathological liars.
