Are they too bright for oncoming traffic? Getting brights flashed at you after the install?

No issues with oncoming traffic as their angled downward

Easy... other than having to remove half the front splitter to get to them lol.

I have some LED fogs from Van and although they look cool, they really dont light up the road. Do these throw a decent amount of light out on the road? Looks like they would from the pic.
