Pulled off the ported blower dyno comparison today and was rewarded with 754rwhp!
This is an exact A-B comparison.
Same car, same dyno, same day, same tune.
The motor had the same heat in it between runs and the car stayed strapped down while my brother swapped the blower.
Results (STD first/SAE second dyno 2-3 baseline and 4-5 w/ port):

BAM---26rwhp and 44rwtq!!!

VERY happy with just the swap knowing with more boost, E85 and some aggressive tuning there is some big power to be had and more to be gained from the port.
The baseline is the same combo that went [email protected] recently.
The tune is VERY conservative with 16-17 degrees and 10.8 a/f. Stock boost gauge showed 20psi both runs. It is 93 pump with Torco additive.
If someone can accept a text or email and tell me how to get vids posted off my iPhone I took vids of the stock gauges showing boost, a/f, etc.

HUGE thanks to Jay T. (blwn04SVTcobra) for the porting and my brother for swapping.
No big surprises except making the EGR spacer took some time.
Here's a friend helping me make that while my bro swapped:

Engine combo:
15% IW lower
BPS 73mm TB and elbow (port matched to blower)
JLT Super Big Air 155mm CAI
Full Stainless Works exhaust (1 7/8" headers, o/r H-pipe and true 3" to tips)
Lund tune

Serious power to be had in porting the TVS, I'd bet this would go toe-toe with the VMP Gen 2 TVS (best TVS available).

Very nice! I love reading posts like this where's there's no gimmickry in the results. I like the stock stamping on the factory TVS so this looks like a viable option for those of us who like to maintain the factory look.

HUGE midrange torque, thanks Jay/blwn04SVTcobra!
I'm expecting 800/800+ on E85/22psi and more timing!

Tom---do you still have the stock 3.31s? Your 823/833 was on E85? How much boost/timing?
Not into a dyno pissing contast, I just love comparing results.

Thanks buddy, glad I took your advice.
I'll get some pics when all the stuff you powdercoated to match the blower gets on, huge upgrade in power and looks!
Most importantly, CAN'T WAIT TO GET TO THE TRACK!

Yes the 823/833 is on e85 and 19psi/19*. And yes, i'm also still on the stock 3.31s. Look forward to your track numbers too! Mine will be track ready soon. Better air down here soon too.

Very nice, sad that when you guys start thinking about the track, we're thinking of winter storage :(
My good friend just relocated to Bradenton and my Brother and I flew down for the NMRA spring break shootout 2 yrs ago.
Maybe we'll see you down there this spring.
Probably going to Bradenton or MIR NMRA, can't go wrong either way.

Thanks for posting.
Now get that 15% lower, 2.4 upper, E85, KB 168 w/ VMP elbow, Super Big air, and ported blower combo on there so I can see it before I do it!

Picking up the super big air from Birdoc tomorrow.
BTW, how did you get the super big air to fit a non KB TB? Thought it would only fit those?

should be better than 10.50s , do i need to come down for support!

haha, maybe. I try to set conservative goals ;-)
I also am not sure I'll get another shot at a prepped track this season, and I pray for the stock clutch buddy.
Hope things are well, get that '13 to the track with me soon?
No ET next sat?
Norwalk next Fri?
