Lighting is everything with this color! Seems to me that its really hard to photograph its true shade. In person it doesn't look as pale as it goes in the pics. Nice car man.

The car washed and the car dirty look like two different colors completely. A bright sun out the car looks rather light, but with a few clouds or in the later afternoon it's a deep rich color. I wasn't a fan of it at all but when I saw it in person, changed the game for me.

What are you talking about? Are you trying to say that this car is now for sale at a dealership in la?
This guy sold this car to demitri a member in here. He sold it to someone else who isn't a member here. I know spyker and dimitri took good care if the car but who knows how the owners after them did. It's a turbo cobra. Don't expect a cherry

Thats exactly what I'm talking about, it's at a local dealer in LA and just wanted to get as much background info... good to know they took care of it. Pretty much all I was looking for. Going to test drive tomorrow... anything in particular I should watch out for in a turbo cobra?

thanks.

LA?? Damn didn't think the car would end up all the way out there lol. The car was in good shape when i had it, just had to sell it bc of money problems. The old tune was good but I would at least get it checked out. And if ur gonna DD it man, that thing drank gas like a mofo lol but other than that it ran good, good luck brah.

This car sold at a dealer auction in Tn a couple months ago for 12,000 with clutch-tranny issues.

thank for that info. Test drove it today and the engine sounded good, a lot of power. I didn't really like the fact the A/F guage needle was back and forth (not reading) when I first started it up it was around 14.... I love the car but don't have a warm and fuzzy feeling about it if you know what I mean......advice?

When I sold the car to dimitri the only mechanical issue it had that I was aware of was a small hair line crack in the radiator that had caused air to get into the cooling system. I sorted that out and just kept a close watch on it and never had any issues with it after I knew what the deal was. I sold the car and never had it fixed while I had it, buyer was aware of it as well.

Personally look at it like this. It might need a motor, soon or later. When I had it I was the 2nd owner and the previous owner put many of the miles on it DD and not hardly ever getting into boost. I had it for a year and was the same, I did get on it but I had a safe tune. I'm not a fan of the wideband gauge, would remove immediately and I think it's also inaccurate to a certain point.

If you can get the car for a decent price, do it. It's a turbo vert cobra that has some nice parts on it and to replicate would cost much more than just putting a new motor or clutch in it. It's not a hacked up car, anything can be fixed but 20k isn't a good deal. I told it for 22k in summer of 09 with 66k on the clock I believe. Maybe 15-16k I could see being worth it. Turbo cobras are nice and that car has nice parts.

It was announced at the time of auction that it had tranny issues. Also was announced that it had unibody damage.
