Lt. Z06 - CHP stands for what? Not the California Highway Patrol, is it? They haven't changed their emergency response/pursuit policy.

The blind love of LEOs is about as ignorant as the blind hatred of them on this forum. Some of you will do anything to go out of your way to harass them, vice versa some of you will defend them to the death.

We're not defending the Officer. We advised early in this thread to report the actions of the Officer to her supervisor. That is the appropriate course of action. Her supervisor will determine if she was warranted in driving in such a manner or not. He will know if she was in some type of response...etc.

That's how you correct the action, report it. We told him to do that. He just wanted to complain and bash. It's clear by the OP's wording that he has some personal vendetta against this Officer. He's just looking for a little company.

Call it how you see it. I don't have the time or interest in arguing over something irrelevant. This isn't going to change your commentary on other people's situations/experience. Your remark on the "42 mph over" thread on page 8 makes that clear.

Take care

Don't get all butthurt like the OP in that thread is gonna be. It's called a joke, we tend to crack one or two of those on this site. A man of your experience should be able to pick up on that right away.

apparently you do, since you keep responding with drivel

They always have time for drivel. I'm not nearly as good as you at garnering such responses but I'd like to think I'm getting better. :lol1:

You have to be a sarcastic cynical asshole with sociopathic tendencies to do it well, I seem to meet that requirement in spades. LOL! Which is why I am not a cop

Nope, Conner Weiduwilt is seventeen and actually doesn't understand the fact that police officers acting in their offical capacity may excced the posted speed limit.

Just came in to look at this. Wow, lots of experts in here regarding laws that change state to state. Funny, no mention of due regard. :nonono:

OP, if she is in fact, putting others at risk, call yesterday. Be carefull what you ask for though. Nothing worse than an an officer that drives the speed limit. Love how traffic stacks up behind them!

^^^^^Yes so very true, I don't hear anyone complaining about that.

No point in mentioning "due regard" when the OP just posted this to bitch and complain. He took several personal attacks at the Officer he is referring to after he was given sound solid advice on how to proceed. He doesn't want to address the problem, he just wanted to bash...and troll a little.

I wouldn't call a lot of these folks "experts", but a few I would. Those are the ones who actually gave sound advice. No need to throw the catch phrases in their posts like "due regard" when he wouldn't have understood the meaning anyway. We kept it simple while ribbing him a little for his hypocritical actions...report the Officer's actions. Which to date I don't believe he has.

One day I got curious to see just how fast she was going so I sped up when she got in front of me do that I was following her from a distance but making sure our distance wasn't getting shorter of farther away.

I see we are doing 60mph in a 40mph zone! This is ridiculous! She weave in and out of traffic on populated (but not overly crowded) roads and just drives like a maniac.

OP have you ever considered reporting her?

The real question is can i report young Conner based on his admissions above?
