She does not charge anything until you pick it up or it ships so you should be good. Not getting this so, I ordered last week and she told me that she was working on them this past weekend...and to look for an e-mail. It's why I asked you...hmmm...

Yeah, I did get an email today...but it bore bad news unfortunately
I just picked mine up today, they look fantastic. I was thrown off when shipping wasnt included in the price, but i had time to kill today so i just decided to drive up there. Im VERY happy with them.
Also got to meet a fellow board member, so no complaints here. Wish i was going to OC with you guys.

She charged my card for both shirts, even though only one of them was in. I noticed she charged me for the second one later that day...I guess it had come in.

When I picked up my order from the first time the website was open, I asked her if she was gonna do this again and she said definitely not, which shocked me that she did it again. So I ordered one for the wife.

I ordered last week also, 2 hoodies and 2 shirts for my kids and I. I received a e-mail this morning from Leslie saying that she could only fill 2 of the 4 that I ordered, I thought that was a little strange!! Anyway, I didn't get any ;-(

Wow im surprised by how difficult of a time she was having with fully placing our orders. It seems like shes missing out on alot of money (65 bucks for a shirt and a hoodie!) by not being able to fill a few orders or failing to respond to emails. Im thankful i got the two i ordered.
Im too lazy to go back and see who created the design, but props. They look fantastic and very tasteful without over use of any logos or titles. I LOVE mine.

Leslie purchased a certain amount of transfers and sold shirts until they ran out. We would have had to raise money and purchase like $500 dollars worth to keep the store up and running....we did what we could without having to put money up front.
We said there was a window to order. Everyone who ordered in the window was handled. The first order had a lot of cost to do art work and setup fees. If there is strong interest in more, we can do it again or better. Thanks to 007snake for taking the risk and putting up the $$ with no guarantees.
Leslie has always been very short and hard to deal with. She has no employees and works 6-7 days a week, I know this is not our problem, but I could sense her attitude evrytime I spoke with her. We also stopped orders a couple of weeks ago so we could make sure that all that ordered would receive their shirt prior to the OC event. Leslie than took it upon herself to reopen the store and accept more orders. Those who waited too long to order I cannot accept responsibility and those that did not read my post about emailing and not calling about delivery. If anyone has a better shop to work with we can use it on the next order, we have the designs now.
Again thanks Ben and 007Snake for getting it together! We have a great logo for all future orders regardless of where we do it!

My company does shirts from time to time...I'll see if I can find out who they use here in Frederick and perhaps we can discuss with that company.

BJ'S Embroidery here in Hagerstown would do it I'm sure. Just like anywhere else, I'm quite positive there would be a minimum order quantity. I would be more than happy to inquire with them about it if there would be enough interest. I think that if there is enough interest, and they would do a website to order from with a week or two window, I would request a certain date for that and give everyone here a two week heads up before it opens so hopefully all those interested would make it. Just let me know if I need to pursue this route.

Yes, this was in response to the e-mail that they were ready for pickup or shipping. She even responded to my response, so I dunno...
For future reference, if we need other shirts, etc, the same place that did the last batch of MACA decals does that sort of stuff as well. Would have to inquire about pricing and minumum orders though.
Interesting.....I'm not far from there and if I was able to I can go get them...just gotta figure out if I can get time away from my desk. I just can't be responsible for any issues. The shirts sit in a box bagged up with each person's name on them....and she has to run each card I assume. I dunno if she would allow me to do that or not. Would also depend on how many there are and how much room I have in the car if there are alot.
I don't want people to not have them but, I don't want to have any issues. I can't afford to cover shirts to replace if something happens. Meaning she messed up..over charged quantity, etc. It would be something that maybe Ben or 007snake need to discuss with her

Maybe 007snake or Bonefish can go by for a pickup. Check with them if you need it brought to OC.

I've dealt with BJ's on the design of my own shirts and FYI they will still charge a hefty fee even if you have your design already, There very expensive there too! IM not sure what you were paying per shirt but my shirts were 3 color front and back and were like $15 per shirt (Gilden brand).
