NA SVT was talking about getting the adapter made to install the B head intake lid on a C head lower intake.

Oh yeah, duh. Sorry. I was thinking about adapter plates like a 99 conti has.

I give up on na svt replying to my PM. I'll tackle this on my own this winter. Maybe I can come up with a few if the interest is still there. Otherwise, I'll just make one for myself and call it a day.

You give up so easily.

Someone else is working on the adapter for the B upper to C lower. I'm giving them my prototype so they can forge ahead with the final prodct.

I'm working on a adapting the B intake to the C heads and the reason for this is that the B intake has more potential for power above 6000rpm. I see this as a much better alternative thant he C intake for those wanting higher average power from 4500-7000rpm.

Do you have an idea how long this project will take you? I have an aviator motor over at my friends shop that I'm collecting parts to install in a mustang. I was thinking of either swapping it into my car along with comp cams 106100s I bought but I just plainly do not like the 99-01 cobra/mach intake. I honestly just want to install the cams on my B head motor to see what it will do but if you can come up with an adapter to install the B head upper onto a C head motor then I would go for that instead.

Well when you don't get a reply, what other course of action is left? ;)

I am glad there is an actual benefit for it. I was going to do it purely for aesthetic value.

Keep us in the loop and I will do the same.

I am going a completely different route.

After looking at it first hand, I don't like how the adaptor would look.

I am going to make something that will adapt the the B head upper and lower to the C heads. Since everyone is being so secretive about what they are doing, I will do the same.

Good luck with your design(s)! I hope they work out well!

There are 3 threads going on about this. Na svt even posted a pic back in January of a prototype. I don't understand the secretive part either.
