Not understanding the playing around on 17lbs. Most cars on pump gas are in that range. Just did a few runs today on 28 and all the FI cars were a minimum of 17 lbs.

I would submit that there are almost no C6Z's running over 140 mph with "just bolt ons".
That's about as disingenuous as stating that C6Z's are 10-second cars.

These other car's are in fact running at a track rental at MIR this month.
Gary2004Z06 went 9's without any internal mod's, ie, cam ....

Heads, cam, intake, throttle body, and a Tad bit of port work or extrude honing. My 08 Z made 605 at the rear wheels. Some say it was a freak but walked many a car before 125 if they could even get out front. Did run 10.9s with it with filter, DRs and exhaust. Still had factory tune in it

One. Exactly one car has gone 10's bone stock on stock tires. And it did it at MIR in mineshaft air, pushed to the line and ran ice cold on a track that was prepped like crazy. And that was...what...three years ago?
