Mine made a peak of 45.69 lb/min at 7600 rpm.

Thanks for the info. Mine is in the high 40's as well; think 49.8 was the highest. I have not datalogged the headers yet. Just got the JPC's on and still need to try to find time to get this thing on a dyno to dial in TIVCT and E85. It sucks the PHX air and temp quality has been so terrible as of the recent. As soon as I can lock a day with my dyno guy, Shaun, and my schedule I'll let you guys know.

So roughly 460-470whp?

Get it to the track that's where it matters.

Getting closer!

JLT 110mm for 2010 gt fits like a glove including the heat shield. Just need to figure out the PCV. Just a few odds and ends to finish with wiring the TB and it'll be mechanically done. Now if only Shaun would send over a base tune....:D

This is a beautiful work of art!

So, I finally have a date locked and will be dynoing the car at AED in NorCal on this coming Friday the 12th in the afternoon. I'm a track guy just as much as anyone else, but any guesses? Hoping for 450 on 91 and 460+ on E85.

Current mods:

CJ Intake - ported
47 lb Ford Racing Injectors
SCJ Monoblade TB
JLT 4 1/4" intake
JPC 1 3/4" longtubes, megaphone merge spike collector
Borla 2 3/4" Cat Back (X-Pipe, OOP w/o Resonators, ATAK mufflers)
91/E85

Still a 3.31 car and I don't think I can get the gears and d/s intalled prior, but it'd probably be a wash on numbers anyway. Whatever it'd pick up from the d/s would be skewed by the steeper gears.

I'll keep you guys posted!

That is a really good power combo right there, I bet it will do north of 450 on pump. Good luck...you are in very good hands.

It installs just like any other intake. The 5-4.5 coupler goes on with the 5 inch side on the TB.

So the JLT intake has everything you need? I wonder why Ford Racing says a custom intake is required.

Are there other clamps you need or just the 110mm 2010 JLT intake??
I can't believe I missed this!

Do you think the inlet tube into the intake housing is the same on the boss and GT? I have a boss and I wonder if the inlet tube from the front will fit that JLT intake.

Yes, JLT Series 3 2010 GT Intake, SiliconeIntakes.com 5-4.5" reducer ($15), and good stainless 4.25-5.25 HD worm gear clamps. While I do like this setup, not sure it's ideal. While the majority of the ID is 4.25", there is a section that necks down to 100-102mm ID, but that should be more than sufficient to feed the induction path. Hell even a dual 60mm stock GT500 throttle body which you can get for $100-150 bucks flows roughly what a 90mm Ford Racing TB flows. That's probably the best bang for the buck in this setup. I just went as big as I could without sacrificing MAF curve characteristics with the resources currently available. We'll see soon.

The MAF is the limiting factor in the stock airbox. The boss tube is still a bottle neck to a 5" ID TB. The goal is to let it breath as much as possible without sacrificing low speed MAF quality. I figured the JLT was the best compromise with what's on the market without doing a custom 4.5-4.75" tube. Apparently the 123mm MAF has NA low speed airflow issues that affects drivability. I can tell you mine drives better than stock, responsiveness, stop/go, etc

I am actually interested in doing this same mod except using the WMS intake system. however I was told by WMS that the abrupt changr from an round MAF to a oval TB would cause issues with the MAF getting a solid read.

Have any thoughts on this?

Alright boys and girls, picked up 10 gallons of the FTW Purple yesterday, 10 gallons of E85, and we're ready to rock for tomorrow. I must say this thing is pulling like a freight train in this CA sea level air. Night and day compared to Phoenix's atrocious air.

I have a long 11 hour trek back after we finish tomorrow so I'll post the graphs on Sat, but I'll give you guys the scoop on final numbers and measured airflow tomorrow for all fuels. Wish me luck! Any final guesses?
