Grabber blue is my favorite by far, but before that i always liked the bright atlantic blue that was available on mid to late nineties mustang. Your car looks great now and I'm sure that whatever you choose will be a winner.

Get quotes on both - when you see the dramatic price difference, you won't mind staying with your OEM color. Besides, it will look so much better if done right than what you have now it will look like a totally different car.

If you're going to repaint it, I would do it with a factory ford color but a color you couldn't get on that car. Ie. reef blue, grabber blue, BAB, comp O. Etc.

If you have it painted have it done right. nothing ruins a car more than a crappy paint job. and "right" where im from is $4-7k minimum. expect on the higher end of the spectrum if you are changing the color and have to do the door jambs and inside trunk etc. Even with a hook up price last car i painted had over 1500 in my cost of materials (paint, tape, masking etc)
We did a color change on a lambo murcielago from black to white pearl and cost to the owner was almost $30k

It looks good man, if you want a change get some wheels. A good paint job is 5-7k.

Your current color looks good to me. But anyone have any idea what it would cost to change color?

You're looking around $5K

My car is getting new paint right now and mind you I kept the same factory black color but with new Roush body kit. The first quote I had from a shop on Long Island was 10K, the second from a different shop after bargaining was 7K and I ended with a third quote from another shop at 4K including paint and clear coat. Imagine changing the color, that would have cost me an arm and a leg. Therefore I suggest you keep the same color because your car truly looks amazing.

$5k? Are you guys getting painted at Maaco?

A quality shop is going to pay $2k in their costs on quality materials and consumables to pay a car.
