smh, don't get me started.
We spent over $250,000 to have Charter Solutions build us a billing platform that could scale both physically and with security threats. They left us with a buggy piece of crap that didn't work from day one and refused to support it. Part of the problem was that our project manager and lead programmer left the company halfway through the build.
I test software for a living. This meme is not funny.
