Hello again!
I've discovered a small leaking from my differential cover and thus will be doing a fluid change when I pull the cover to re-seal it. I see the 75w140 is the clear recommendation along with friction modifier.
I figure while I'm under the car, I'll change the manual transmission's lubricant as well. This is where it becomes a little unclear to me. I see that it says to use Synchromesh, but the notation states for road racing or if I'm experiencing shifting issues. I don't road race it, and I don't have issues... Is there a different recommendation then? This car is a daily driver in the Chicago area. It will see all ranges of temperature conditions.
Thanks again for all the information here!
