I don't see the GT350R ever selling below MSRP. Maybe the track pack GT350', I can see that eventually.

X2 my guess if they don't go TT V8.I can't really tell. Pretty deep tone. It definitely sounds like coyote architecture though. I think it might be the 5.2 without the flat plane crank, sporting a blower.

X2Perhaps
but something tells me people will be more attracted to a 700+ hp GT500 than a 500 hp GT350R
......... I know I would

Hell, give me the exact 350R package but blown 5.2 with a TR6060 and I'm buying.

6.2 w/Whipple
Yeah, I would pee a little.
Looked like a gt350 to me. Same brakes, wheels, exhaust. Is ford trolling us?

They probably went to great lengths to get it to spool early.
Ford isn't "trolling" us. Travis had a dedicated forum created for a 2018+ GT500. Those in the know have already basically confirmed a new GT500.
sans the FPC and linerless block with more beef then the currant blocks and I'm right behind you
Yes, but 5 Liters would be fine, 5.2 Walls are thin
im pretty sure its just a 350 with a facelift at the most. to me it sounds like it could be the voodoo at low revs exhaust flap open. I would be really surprised if that's a 500. I don't think ford will make another 500 for a while. I think they gonna ride the 350 for a while.
5L coyote blocks are known to be problematic with high power, my research says the 5.2 block is strongest factory casting, thin wall or not.
