Just to the left of the paint brush you are probably seeing 'Dark'. Click on the brush and change it to Light.

Still not a fan, to be honest. The look is weird, only using 1/3 of the width. Ads are still on the side for premium members. Constantly locking up, and crashing my browser, etc.

But I'm confident they'll get it all resolved.

SID, keep in mind that I only browse on my phone. Here is a screen shot of me viewing the site vertically. When I try to view the site horizontally, it is worthless (since I cant zoom out, like I could in desktop format).

The vert version looks fine to me. What's wrong with the hrz version? I tend to used the SVTP ap, you should look into that.

What browser are you running? I haven't heard of anyone else having crashing issues.

Both Chrome and IE. Always get the "svtperformance.com is not responding" message.

Since the servers have been pretty solid for the past few months I have a feeling you may have a cookie issue. I haven't seen site down errors more than a handful of times in the past few months. In any event, they aren't related to the new forum software.

What about 40 posts per post page, at least I don't have to login every time to post. I think they fixed that recently.

SID,

My main issue/complaint is that previous to the new forum set up, whether viewing SVTP vertically or horizontally, one could zoom in or out to enhance the viewing experience (especilly when viewing the forum on the phone horizontally).

Here is an example of what what it looks like to view the different threads on SVTP horizontally on the phone:

And here is an example of what it looks like to view a different forum horizontally on my phone, which currently has SVTP's previous format:

Now this is an example of what it is like to view a thread on SVTP horizontally on my phone:

And again, here is me viewing a thread on the other forum with our previous format, on my phone horizontally:

Notice how on the other forum (our previous set up), it is easier to view multiple threads and/or replies within a thread.

So you have to scroll more?

Yes. Especilly with that "menu bar" that always stays on the screen. It covers almost all of the screen while making a reply (horizontally).

Here is the "menu bar" I am talking about:

I never used tapatalk but have the app on my phone. Seems to work well but prior to work giving me an Iphone I had a 19.99 job from target so not much to compare it to.

I did notice within the last day or two Im not getting thread notifications on the app. Tried logging out and in a couple times no change.

I'm going to have to look into getting the app now. This is the first time I've ever heard of it.
